摘要 An ink jet arrangement wich includes a wafer substrate. Side wall are arranged on the wafer substrate. The side walls define an ink chamber. A paddle is positioned in the ink chamber and is displaceable towards one of the side walls. An actuator is attached to the paddle such that upon activation of the actuator, the paddle displaces towards one of the sode walls, resulting in an increase in pressure on the ink between that one wall and the paddle and an ejection of ink from the chamber. The paddle is shaped to have edges wich correspond generally with a transverse profile in the ink chamber. An actuatorhas a resiliently flexible coiled structure including an electrical conductor for conductive heating. An ink jet arrangement can be ideally utilized in an ink jet printing system.
