PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition and an antireflective film containing a cured product of the resin composition. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises (A) a fluorine- containing copolymer having a hydroxyl group and an epoxy group or either of these functional groups, (B) a compound having an alkoxyalkylamino group or a hydroxyalkylamino group and, at the same time, a (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule, and (C) an acid generator. The antireflective film contains a cured product of the composition.
