SOLID PREPARATION AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING DISINTEGRATION/DISSOLUTION OF SOLID PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve disintegration of a solid preparation and dissolution of a medicine having <=200 deg.C melting point in preparing the solid preparation comprising a first layer containing the medicine and a second layer having a composition different from that of the first layer such as an antacid by formulating the second layer with a lubricant without formulating the lubricant with the first layer. SOLUTION: This solid preparation can not only maintain chemical stability of the medicine but also improve disintegration of the preparation and dissolution of the medicine from the preparation and maintain excellent disintegration and dissolution even in preservation of the preparation even if a component to be reacted with the medicine to be formulated coexists. Consequently the preparation is useful as a solid preparation of oral administration formulated with the medicine especially having <=200 deg.C melting point and is especially useful in the case of coexistence of a substance having reactivity to the medicine such as the antacid.
