<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning non-through holes which have been difficult to clean, and its device. SOLUTION: A work 3 having non-through holes 3a is immersed in a cleaning solution 17 in a cleaning tank 1 with a surface in which the non-through holes 3a of the work 3a is opened downward so that air is entrapped in the non- through holes 3a. The cleaning solution 17 enters or goes out of the non-through holes 3a in the work 3 by performing pressurization/opening into the atmosphere, evacuation/opening into the atmosphere/evacuation, or evacuation/pressurization/ evacuation, and pollutants in the non-through holes 3a are washed away to the outside in a substantially complete manner.</p> |
