摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the construction of a low-cost composite precast beam while securing a concrete beam and a slab concrete as one united body. SOLUTION: Steel pipe columns filled with concrete are jointed together, the ends of joints to the columns are made of a steel framed concrete structure having a H-shaped steel with the central portion made of a composite precast beam construction formed by reinforced concrete; and steel bars for the reinforced concrete are constituted with first stage bars for beam main reinforcement extending in axial direction of the composite precast beam 1 fixed to the flange portion 7 of H-shaped steel 14 and second stage bars 4 as main reinforcement of the beam arranged at the inner side of the flange portion 7 of the H-shaped steel 14, and the second stage bars 4 for the beam main bars are arranged near the studs 10 fixed to the inner side of the flange portion 7 of the H-shaped steel 14, and a plurality of stirrups 5 arranged at finer intervals than the pitches for other portions are provided at the portion where the reinforced concrete of the composite precast beam 1 is switched to the steel framed concrete structure.
