SOLUTION: This punching device 10 is provided with a die 26 and a punch 28. The die 26 has a cutting edge 30a. Inner wall surfaces 32a to 32d are formed inwards from the cutting edge 30a. The inner wall surfaces 32a, 32c comprise a tapered part inclined to a center side of the punch 28 in a direction away from the cutting edge 30a.
