PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner peripheral chuck of cylindrical work which can support an inner periphery copying the inner periphery of a cylindrical having no out-of-roundness of the inner periphery, and can carry out a stable secure process of the outer periphery, while can obtain a work having the out-of- roundness of the outer periphery, even though the work is discharged after the process. SOLUTION: By providing a cylindrical auxiliary appliance 7 fixed to the front end of an opening auxiliary appliance 4, and having plural guide holes 7gh in radial directions responding to the positions of the segments 4sg of the opening auxiliary appliance 4 formed by dividing with the slits 4s; pins 8 inserted to the above guide holes 7gh of the auxiliary appliance 7 respectively, and having a large diameter part 8b at the base end; and a compressisive spring 9 installed between the inner surface of the above auxiliary appliance 7 and the large diameter part 8b of the above pins 8, and energizing the above pins constantly in the outer surface direction of the above opening auxiliary appliance 4; the solving means of the chuck is provided.
