PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem as the yield, production cost, etc., which are the important problems in the conventional technique when machining parts composed of different kinds of metals are forged. SOLUTION: Among a high melting point metal, a low melting point metal and an insert material, first, the high melting point metal and the insert material are forged and integrated in a solid-liquid coexisting temperature zone, and after an intermediate product, is formed the intermediate product and a low melting point metal are forged and integrated in the solid-liquid coexisting temperature zone.
