PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking prevention technology of a stacking blank capable of smoothly conducting peeling and reparation of flank sheet by sheet at a stacker and preventing line stop due to feeding of many sheets. SOLUTION: In a method that the protrusion 19 functioning as a spacer between intermediate sheets adjacent to up/down stacked intermediate sheets is formed at the end edge part of the intermediate sheet 32 and blocking of the intermediate sheets up/down lapped is prevented by the protrusion 19, the protrusion 19, when cutting out the intermediate sheet 32 from a large sheet of a blank with using a slitter 2, by mounting a punch 3 to a cutter 13 of the slitter 2, the intermediate sheet is formed by working of the punch 3 simultaneously with the cutting action of the slitter 13.
