PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a body not reducing space of a dust collection room. SOLUTION: In a state of an end of a end of a cord reel unit 4 is set in a hollow portion 5a arranged on bottom of body 6, a shape of the bottom of a body 6 and the cord reel unit 4 are formed so that the cord reel unit 4 may be engaged revolving to the bottom of the body 6 with a fulcrum of the portion set the end of a cord reel unit in the hollow portion 5a. By regulating winding method of the cord reel unit 4, space above a break lever 13, where used for existing electric cleaners is secured for a dust collection room 1 to miniaturize the body.
