PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch film-spreading and installing device on covering mulch films on a ridge having multiple, especially 2 rows, capable of making the taking out of the mulch film from the wound film roll not to be affected by a restricting wheel at the both furthest sides or both sides caused by the inclination of a machine body, state of a soil, etc. SOLUTION: This mulch film-spreading and installing device in covering a ridge having multiple, especially 2 rows is provided by constituting the restricting wheel at a middle or central position as nearer to the wound roll of the mulch film than the position of the restricting wheel for the mulch film at the both furthest sides or both sides.
