PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bagging apparatus of a culture medium, capable of sticking a filter for ventilation between the inside and outside of the bag to a film drawing out the film and while simply positioning the filter. SOLUTION: The film S is heat-sealed while forming the film into the bag in a cylindrical shape, and the formed bag P is intermittently charged with the culture medium B. An opening hole H is forming at a prescribed position by a punching structure 15 while nipping and holding the film S in the midway of a conveying passage from a film-mounting part 2 for mounting and holding an original film roll SR to a former 3 for folding the film S into the cylindrical shape. A filter F drawn out and guided from a original filter roll FR wound in a roll shape, and having air permeability is cut to a prescribed size by a filter cutter structure 26, and the cut filter F is stuck to the film S by a welding structure 27 so as to be positioned at the opening hole H.
