SOLUTION: In spinning a fixed power is supplied to a motor (step Q1), and rotating speeds T0-T11 during rotation of the motor 1 are detected in this state (step Q3). An average value Tave is determined on the basis of the rotating speeds T0-T11 (step Q4), an integrated value S that is the parameter of degree of fluctuation is calculated (step Q5), and the unbalance rotation of a drum is detected according to this integrated value S (step Q6).
