PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal adhesive plaster capable of absorbing secretions such as perspiration in the part of the skin where the plaster is applied. SOLUTION: This thermal adhesive plaster 11 has a support material 12 formed of a stack of layers comprising a hydrophilic layer 12a made mainly of hydrophilic fibers such as highly water absorbent fibers and a hydrophobic layer 12b made mainly of hydrophobic fibers. A heat generating material 13 made of a heat generating agent 15 is formed on the surface of the hydrophilic layer 12a of the support material 12, and adhesive layers 16 made of an adhesive are formed intermittently on the surface of the hydrophobic layer 12b of the support material 12.
