RETAINER AND HEATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the swelling of the body of a container in heating contents filled in the container made of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: When heating contents filled in the container 2 made of a synthetic resin, a retainer 3 supports the side and the underside of the container 2 to prevent the deformation of the container 2 in heating it. A heating method using the retainer 3 is also provided.
