PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position and fix an electronic part and evenly apply a liquid agent to step parts in the different directions of the electronic part. SOLUTION: A plurality of liquid crystal elements 12 are disposed on a pallet 13 and the pallet 13 is held by a base plate 15. Next, the base plate 15 is inclined by a cylinder 19 and when a conduction plate 21 attached to the base plate 15 is brought into contact with a vibrator 22, the vibration of the vibrator 22 is transmitted to the base plate 15 through the conduction plate 21 and the liquid crystal elements 12 are brought into contact with the guide 14 of the pallet 13 and positioned. The step parts of the positioned and fixed liquid crystal elements 12 are coated with a liquid agent by a liquid agent discharge means provided with a tube for supplying the liquid agent, a nozzle for discharging the supplied liquid agent, and a discharge valve for controlling the discharge conditions of the liquid agent. The application operation of the liquid agent of the liquid agent application apparatus 11 is controlled by a control circuit 31.
