PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant plastic molded object enabling the perfect covering of reinforcing ribs without generating rupture or thickness reduction in a heat insulating material even if complicated reinforcing ribs are present on the molded surface of a plastic molded object. SOLUTION: A plastic molded object 1 has thermoplastic resin foam 3 laminated thereto as a heat insulating layer. The thermoplastic resin foam 3 is preliminarily molded into the same shape as the molded surface of the plastic molded object 1 to be fitted and laminated to the entire molded surface of the plastic molded object 1.
