PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure in well mingling of two kinds of grains, which arises in the conventional mixer. SOLUTION: This mixer is made into the structure obtained by providing a twisted flat bar (1) with a plurality of cut lines (2) and inserting this flat bar into a pipe (3) and therefore the manufacturing cost is lower than the cost of the conventional mixer and the mixing ability is high.
