摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic excellent in moisture-retaining effect and improving effect of roughening and having good feeling in use. SOLUTION: This cosmetic which is not washed out after applying to the body is constituted by formulating a dispersion solution containing 5-40 wt.% of (a) amphiphilic lipid dispersion having >1 hydroxyl group and amide group in a molecule and 2-25 wt.% of (b) a surfactant in an aqueous medium. The cosmetic contains 0.01-30 wt.% of the amphiphilic lipid having 1-150μm average particle size and >1 hydroxyl group and amide group in a molecule and is not washed out after applying to the body.
