SOLUTION: A clamping bolt 9 is so devised as to be screwed in along both holding half bodies 3 and 4 through the insertion hole 7 of a tip 8 from the direction inclined by a specified angleαin the circumferential direction with respect to a position intersected with the mounting seat 10 of the tip 8 to be coupled with a tip coupling groove 2 formed in a holder main body 1.
