PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having small friction and excellent efficiency in a structure having a small stroke. SOLUTION: A screw shaft 3a is rotated by an electric motor 2, and a nut member 14a is displaced in the shaft direction. Bellows 28 are arranged between a tip part outer peripheral surface of a housing 1 and an output shaft member 16 to prevent an entrance of a foreign matter. Even if the axes of respective constitutive members are dislocated, impartment of large frictional force is prevented to solve the subject.
