PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reduction of cost by reducing parts and manufacturing processes and accurately carry out assembling without generating distortion. SOLUTION: This device has a rotation shaft and a motor rotor, and comprises: a rotation support member connected to the rotation shaft; a sleeve supporting the rotation shaft rotatably with respect to a radial direction; a thrust bearing plate supporting the rotation shaft with respect to a thrust direction; and a motor stator arranged opposite to the motor rotor. The sleeve and a chassis are integrally formed of the same material, and constitute a mounting part.
