PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge valve structure for a compressor composed of a reed valve for opening and closing a valve hole formed on a partition wall of the compressor, and retainer for regulating the opening of the reed valve, in which the retainer and the reed valve can be attached to the partition wall without using an attaching screw. SOLUTION: A valve holder 6 is integrated with a compressor partition wall 1. A reed valve attaching part 7 of a reed valve 3 is provided with retainer fixing parts 8 which are bendingly worked, and attaching claws 9 for preventing escaping of the reed valve 3 from the valve holder 6 when it is attached to the valve holder 6. The reed valve 3 is superposed on a retainer main body 4 on the attaching side. The retainer fixing parts 8 are bent into fixation grooves 10 of the retainer main body 4 for connection, followed by press-fitting to the valve holder 6.
