PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ruler device for stacking blocks capable of conducting the interval adjustment between a pair of ruler main bodies and the fastening work of the blocks simply and quickly and usable as a conveying tool lifting and conveying the block. SOLUTION: A tie rod 2 is provided with a male screw section 2a to be screwed to a fastening screw member 4 only on one end side and a stopper plate piece 3 having an angular hole 15 and bent partially. A stopper plate piece 3 is fitted to the tie rod 2 with the angular hole 15 of the stopper plate piece 3 coupled from the other end of the tie rod 2. The end face of the ruler main body 1 on one side abuts on the bend section 3a of the stopper plate piece 3 to regulate the sliding against the tie rod 2. The ruler main body 1 on the opposite side is fastened by the fastening screw member 4 screwed to the male screw section 2a of the tie rod 2. A block B is mounted on the spacer lugs 1a of the ruler main bodies 1 on both sides, and the block B is pinched by upper retaining plates 7 on both sides. Arch-shaped suspension members 12 are rotatably fitted to a pair of ruler main bodies 1 respectively.
