PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction finish material easy in installation and capable of providing a tile-like excellent finished surface. SOLUTION: This construction finish material forming the finish surface of a building is formed of a hardened matter of porcelain material. A humidity conditioning material is mixed with at least a part of the finish material, and the entire shape thereof is formed generally in a polygonal panel. A plurality of tile-shaped projected parts disposed at intervals and groove-like recessed parts disposed between the tiled-like projected parts are provided on the surface thereof. Then, a joint part is provided on the sides opposed to each other for connecting the construction finish members to each other in a structure of being engageable with each other.
