PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body for civil engineering suitable for greening a construction part, which is biologically degradated through hydrolysis to make a degradated final product converted completely into a substance existing in the natural world. SOLUTION: This body is the bag body for civil engineering comprising woven cloth using a biodegradable aliphatic polyester faber, a hole having 1-50 mm of a major axis is formed in at least one portion of a part to be constructed in an upper side at construction work, and texture of the other portion is less than 1mm. A biodegradable sheet mounted with seeds and/or a fertilizer and manure is arranged inside the portion to be constructed uppersides at construction work.
