PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room-temperature-curing composition which exhibits an excellent weather resistance for a long period of time by improving the stability of an organic UV absorbing agent blended into a polymer having a crosslinkable hydrolytic silyl group on its terminal. SOLUTION: This room-temperature-curing composition comprises a polymer whose main chain is essentially a polyether and which has a crosslinkable hydrolytic silyl group on its terminal, a benzotriazole UV absorbing agent and a cerium oxide UV absorbing agent.
