PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure effective grasping of medium and enhance the manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: A housing has a first and a second end opposing to each other, and at least one of the ends includes an approximately circular track internally, and the track is equipped with an extension part, elongating outward in the radial direction. A rotatable core part is coupled with the two ends of the housing in such a way that the rotary shaft of the core extends through the first and second ends. A grasping mechanism energized by a spring is attached to the core part through at least one spring. The grasping mechanism includes a tracing member to be engaged with the approximately circular track, and when the tracing member is positioned on the extension part of the track, the grasping mechanism moves from the core part outward in the radial direction to admit intrusion of a medium into the core part.
