PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of excrement from under a flange sticking member and to extend the period of sticking of a flange, which is used as an article of consumption, to the abdominal wall. SOLUTION: This excrement leakage preventive implement in a stoma outfit for an ostomate is closely brought into contact with the outer surrounding surface of a ring-shaped connecting part 6 on a drain pouch side where a flange and a drain pouch are engaged with each other. Recessed cuts 12, 13 and 14 for engaging handle parts 9, 10, and 11 attached to the drain pouch 3 are formed along the edge 7 on the flange side of the excrement leakage preventive tool, and a recessed cut 15 is formed at the lower part on the opposite side/drain pouch side 8 so that the drain pouch is not prevented from vertically hanging down.
