PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a plurality of hand pieces by one ultrasonic output device. SOLUTION: An output switching device 3 is connected to the ultrasonic output device 2, and a plurality of hand pieces 12a-12c are connected to this output switching device 3. Selection switches 14-16 are disposed on the output switching device 3 corresponding to connection parts 13a-13c to connect the hand pieces 12a-12c, and when one of the selection switches 14-16 is turned ON, the ultrasonic drive signal can be outputted from the ultrasonic output device 2 to the hand piece connected to the corresponding connection part via an ultrasonic transmission cable 10.
