PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping bag enabling a user to sleep comfortably, keeping the user warm, preventing propagation of bacteria, viruses, etc., capable of being easily used not only by one person but also by a couple of persons and capable of being used as a sleeping sheet. SOLUTION: Both ends of a square main body 1 of this sleeping bag can be attached/detached with a zipper 2, one ends in the lateral direction can be attached/detached with zipper 3, and the other in the lateral direction can be tied with straps 4. Further, a minus ion radiating material or a far infrared ray radiation material is applied on a side 5 which is the inner side when the main body 1 is used as the sleeping bag.
