PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee joint supporter to be easily mounted and capable of applying appropriate pressure to a required position on a knee joint without occurring slippage because of tension force to be worked evenly in the circular radial direction. SOLUTION: This knee joint supporter has a cylindrical main body 1 with an upper part 2 corresponding to the thigh and a lower part 3 corresponding to the lower leg. The front surface or the rear surface of at least one of the upper part 2 and the lower part 3 is open, and joint pieces 4 and 5 extending from left and right in the lateral directions opposite to each other are formed on both sides of the opened part. The joint piece 5 on one side is inserted into a slit 8 formed in the vertical direction on the other side so that the joint pieces 4 and 5 are laid on each other, and their respective end parts 6 and 7 can be connected to the main body 1.
