PURPOSE: An air generating apparatus is provided to achieve a maximized reliability, capacity and function, while reducing the size of pump. CONSTITUTION: A rotating plate(5) is fixed, at a tilt angle of 15 to 75 degrees, to a main shaft(4) connected to a motor(2) and a decelerator(3). A spherical oil-less bearing(15) is installed at the front end of the main shaft, and a vibrating disk is installed in such a manner that the vibrating disk reciprocates within a predetermined distance by the rotating plate so as to expand/contract corrugated air generating tubes(6). The rotating plate has a contact surface where a ball rolling groove is formed, and the vibrating disk has a contact surface where a ball groove is formed. A ball is inserted into the ball groove formed at the contact surface of the vibrating disk, such that the vibrating disk does not rotate and an edge portion centered from the main shaft reciprocates even when the rotating plate rotates. A plurality of ball joints(10) are installed at the rear surface of the vibrating disk, and rods(10') of the ball joints are connected to corrugated air generating tubes having suction/exhaust valves(12,13).
