SOLUTION: A three-dimensional photocatalyst device comprises a cylindrical body, a plurality of belt-shaped photocatalyst filters having transmissive contact properties which are radially and helically twisted and assembled on the inner surface of the cylindrical body and an excitation light emitting tube placed in the inner space formed by a group of the photocatalyst filters placed radially.
