<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized tubephragm pump which shows excellent liquid transferring performance. SOLUTION: A tubephragm pump has a pump head 1 and an electromagnetically driven part 2. The pump head 1 has a cylinder 21 having a columnar hollow space thereinside, a cylindrical and flexible tubephragm 22 coaxially arranged inside the columnar space of the cylinder 21, while having an operation fluid space filled with the operation fluid at its outer side and a pump chamber to which the operation fluid is transferred at its inner side, an intake valve 31 arranged on one side of the tubephragm 22, and a discharge valve 42 arranged on the other side of the tubephragm 22. The electromagnetically driven part 2 has a plunger 71 which is axially reciprocably arranged, an electromagnet reciprocated while periodically attracting the plunger 71 in an axial direction, and a diaphragm 52 attached to the front of the plunger 71, having one surface faced to the operation fluid space of the pump head for discharging or sucking the operation fluid inside the operation fluid space according to the reciprocation of the plunger 71.</p> |
