PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration insulating performance to continuous vibration of small amplitude of a medium/high frequency, and to enhance durability to large displacement input. SOLUTION: A first chamber A and a second chamber B defined in the relative motion direction of an inner peripheral side installing member 1 by an elastic body 3 are mutually communicated via a first orifice C for generating large flow resistance, and a second orifice D having flow resistance smaller than the first orifice C, having one end opened in the first chamber A and the other end blocked up by sub-diaphragms 53, 54 is formed in the inner peripheral side installing member 1.
