PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the constant feeding of water from a water-receiving vessel in a water-separating port of an agricultural water smoothly. SOLUTION: This structure of a water-receiving vessel for flowing water in by a free fall and adjusting its flowing water level by a float type water level-adjusting valve 5, is provided by installing a weir vessel 10 together at the water-receiving vessel 3, communicating the lower parts of both of the vessels 3, 10 and also installing a flowing amount-adjusting water-controlling door 13 in the communicating passage 11, and the water in the water-receiving vessel flows into the weir vessel 10 by passing through the above communicating passage 11, and flows out to a water passage 7 after passing over a weir 12 of the weir vessel 10. By lifting the water-controlling door 13 up and down for adjusting the degree of opening or closing of the communicating passage 11, the amount of water flowing into the weir vessel 10 is adjusted, the over flowing amount (an over flow height H) of the weir is set based on the above amount of water, and the constant amount of water feeding is performed. At that time, since the water surface W of the water-receiving vessel and the over flowing surface (a) are different, the change of the water level of the water-receiving vessel 3 hardly affects the overflowing height H (a water-feeding amount).
