PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a band used for fixing the agricultural polyolefin-based film spread over an arch-pipe greenhouse or a fixed greenhouse and showing no scratch and break, and less reduction of its tension is its lengthwise direction even in summer time. SOLUTION: This band is characterized by having at least its outer most layer consisting of a composition obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. polyolefin- based resin containing 3-12 wt.% vinyl acetate with 0.05-1 pt.wt. inorganic powder, being formed as a tape state having 4-15 cm width by melting for adhering tube like materials as a flat state, and having 1-10% thermal contraction rate on holding it in a warm water at 70 deg.C for 1 min.
