PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method enabling the sufficient foaming of foamable polystyrene beads in producing composite form from a curable and formable composition and foamable polystyrene beads and excellent in workability. SOLUTION: In producing composite foam from a curable and foamable liquid composition generating heat accompanying reaction and foamable polystyrene beads foamed by heat, the curable and foamable liquid composition and the foamable polystyrene beads of which the temperature is higher than the circumferential temp. but lower than 70 deg.C are mixed.
