PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mooring controlling method of a bicycle and its device, which can contribute to prevent illegal parking on an outdoor land and can protect the bicycle from the loss and damage and breaking or the like of a moored connector, and a lock body device for the connector. SOLUTION: A mooring body 1 is installed to an outdoor land 4 under a fixed state, the bicycle (b) parked on the outdoor land 4 is connected by the mooring body 1 and a connector 2, the connector 2 is moored in an unmovable manner from he bicycle (b) by locking a lock body 7, and a driver of the bicycle (b) receives the issue of the key body 8 opening the lock body 7 from the key- body issue means 3 mounted near the mooring body 1 when the driver operates the bicycle (b), and opens the lock body 7 by the key body 8 and operates the bicycle after connection to the bicycle (b) and the mooring body 1 is released.
