PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device having a mounting pawl unlikely to be separated even if the pawl receives a force acting in the direction of separating from the object to which mounting has been made. SOLUTION: The mounting device includes a head base 30 furnishing with a support 33 to support a magnetic head 36 and a mounting pawl 34 having a pawl part 34a engaged with the mounting part 37a of the magnetic head 36 supported by the support 33, and thereby the magnetic head 36 is mounted on the head base 30 by the mounting pawl 34 and support 33. The contacting surface 34b of the pawl part 34a which contacts with the mounting part 37a is inclined in the direction of separating from the mounting part 37a as going away from the forefront of the pawl part 34a toward its root.
