PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization device whose combustion chamber has an excellent combustion performance and which scarcely causes a problem such as the deformation of a carbonization chamber, a heating chamber or the combustion chamber or the breakage of a welded portion, even when repeatedly used. SOLUTION: This carbonization device is provided with a carbonization chamber 1 for baking combustible organic materials, a heating chamber 2 which has a heating machine 11 and is formed around the carbonization chamber 1, a combustion chamber 3 which has a combustion machine 12 and is disposed above the carbonization chamber 1 (heating chamber 2), and an exhaust way on the downstream side of the combustion chamber 3. Therein, the heating chamber 2 is connected to the exhaust way on the downstream side of the combustion chamber 3 through the flue 5 of the heating chamber, and the carbonization chamber 1 is connected to the combustion chamber 3 through the flue 4 of the combustion chamber. The flue 4 of the combustion chamber contains a flexible tubular member.
