PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheets discharging device for accurately carrying the sheets without complicating a mechanism, and to provide an image forming device provided with this sheets discharging device. SOLUTION: This sheets discharging device provided with a sheets discharging part 102b for holding the discharged sheets has a pair of first ribs 710 in right and left positioned inside near both cross directional ends of a sheets 111 to be discharged and provided over the sheets discharging part 102b, and a pair of second ribs 711 in right and left positioned farther inside of the sheets cross direction than the first ribs 710 and formed lower than the first ribs 710 and provided over the sheets discharging part 102b.
