PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side irradiation type energy irradiation device which can effectively perform the irradiation of a laser beam to a lesion located at a deep part while easily and surely preventing normal textures from being damaged. SOLUTION: This laser irradiation device 100 is equipped with a long-sized main body 101, an optical fiber 107, and a reflecting member 151. In this case, the optical fiber 107 is passed in the main body 101, injects a laser beam from the base end, and has an emitting section which emits the laser beam sideways or diagonally. The reflecting member 151 is fixed in the main body 101, and reflects the laser beam emitted from the optical fiber 107. Then, the optical fiber 107 is set in such a manner that the emitting section can reciprocate in a specified range in the main body 101 in the longitudinal direction. The reflecting member 151 has a reflecting surface 152 of which the reflecting angles are different along the reciprocating range of the emitting section. |
