PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact applied to the body of a sitting occupant when abruptly applying braking or at a collision and to longitudinally adjust a safety belt fitting position in conformity to the somatotype of the occupant seated on a seat. SOLUTION: In this safety belt fitting device for a vehicle, a body plate 1 is provided with a hole 2 at the front center, and slide recessed parts 4 serving as longitudinal cushioning material installation parts 3 are provided frontward at the back face of the body plate 1. An auxiliary plate 5 is provided with a projecting part 6, and the projecting part 6 is provided with a plurality of holes 7 for fittings with a longitudinal space. A slide projecting part 8 is longitudinally provided on the surface of the auxiliary plate 5. The projecting part 6 of the auxiliary plate 5 is inserted in the hole 2 of the body plate 1. A cushioning material 9 is interposed between the front end of the cushioning material installation part 3 and the front end of the auxiliary plate 5, and fittings 10 are respectively provided in a plurality of holes 7 for fittings. |
