<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity for an exclusively working foreman for performing confirmation of safety, operation, etc., also make a staircase usable simultaneously by a walker, by preventing a hazard of touching the walker by a wheelchair moving staircase. SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises a horizontal loading base 13 having in a lower face side a leg part slidably engaged with a guide rail 12 and a staircase 1 mounted between upper/lower floors to vertically movably connect adjacent staircases 4 to each other to mount a plurality of staircases in an intermediate part in the horizontal loading base 13 to be formed with a flat landing part, the landing part is provided capable of lifting between the upper/ lower both floors 2, 3 by lifting of a lift device, the landing part is respectively formed with advancing/retracting surfaces of a wheelchair in a height almost equal to a floor surface of the lower floor 3, when the lift device 10 is positioned in a lower step part of the staircase 1, and in a height almost equal to a floor surface of the upper floor 2, when the lift device is positioned in an upper step part.</p> |
