PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move lubricant outside a thrust bearing to an inside of a thrust bearing part, ensure reliability of a bearing, and carry out normal recording/reproducing operations. SOLUTION: A relief part 11c and a circumferential recess part 14b are provided to a base 11 and a plate 14, respectively. When a diameter of the relief part in a thrust receiving part of the base is set toϕd1, an outermost diameter of a group part on an upper surface side of a flange is set toϕd2, an outermost diameter of a group part on a lower surface side is set toϕd3, an outer diameter of the flange is set toϕd4, an outer diameter of the circumferential recess part of the plate is set toϕd5, and an inner diameter of the circumferential recess part is set toϕd6,ϕd1<ϕd2,ϕd6<ϕd3,ϕd4<ϕd5 are satisfied.
