PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting tool for a stained glass panel for surely supporting and fixing the stained glass panel and to provide a screen with the stained glass panel wherein the stained glass panel is not broken by warpage of the panel and vibration and a method for making it. SOLUTION: A setting block for receiving load of a stained glass panel in the vertical direction is provided on the bottom face of a U-shaped supporting tool body and cushioning materials for receiving load of the stained glass panel in the transverse direction are provided on the side faces in the U-shaped supporting tool body.
