PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cup dual structure type oil filtering device which has no fear to stain hands, or the like, at the time of using, on a surface of which necessary printing can be executed and which can be easily subjected to scrapping processing after usage. SOLUTION: This oil filtering device is constituted of an exterior paper cup 100 in which through holes 121 provided in a bottom wall 120 are covered by sticking a filter material 130 thereon, an interior paper cup 200 in which through holes 221 provided in a bottom wall 220 is covered by sticking a filter material 230 thereon and filter media 300. In the oil filtering device, the interior paper cup 200 is inserted in the exterior paper cup 100 and the filter media are housed between the bottom wall of the exterior paper cup and the bottom wall of the interior paper cup.
