PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double bearing reel capable of being simply overhauled even by a beginner, preventing lose of parts. SOLUTION: In this lever drag type double bearing reel, the reel is obtained by assembling each of units V1, V2 and V3 having a great number of reel constituent parts so as to be disassembled. A cover part E detachably attached to the side of either side frame of right and left side frames is removed so that each of the units V1, V2 and V3 can be disassembled.
